Forney Welding Quick Change Flap Disc

The Forney Quick Change Flap Disc line gives die grinder users a fast way to grind, blend, sand and finish metal. These quick-change mini flap discs attach with a roll lock system, so you can swap discs quickly without tools. They suit weld blending, deburring and general surface finishing.

Key Features:

• Quick release roll lock design for fast disc changes
• Overlapping abrasive flaps for grinding, blending, sanding and finishing
• Zirconia abrasive construction, which Forney says cuts fast and outlasts standard sanding discs
• Made for die grinders used with a proper mandrel
• Mounts on Forney quick change backing pads
• Available in coarse and medium grits, so you can pick the right one for aggressive stock removal or smoother blending

Use these discs for weld grinding, deburring, edge work and working in tight spots on a wide range of materials. Check that the disc size matches your backing pad, and don't run it above the maximum RPM for that size.
