Clevite Bearing Guard Assembly Lubricant

Clevite Bearing Guard is an engine assembly lubricant, also called assembly lube or pre-lube. It protects internal engine components during assembly and in the first critical moments after start-up, before full oil pressure is established.

Key Features:

• Formulated with an Extreme Pressure (EP) rating for demanding applications
• Lubricates engine components during assembly and initial start-up
• Suitable for coating bearing surfaces, camshaft lobes and lifter faces
• Helps prevent dry-start wear during camshaft break-in and engine builds

Application: Apply a coat to bearing surfaces, camshaft lobes and lifter faces during engine assembly. This gives those parts a protective film from the first rotation.

Clevite is a trusted name in engine bearings and engine building. Bearing Guard suits rebuilders, performance builders and professional shops that want extra protection at start-up.
