Carrier Draft Inducer Motor Shaft Seal

The Carrier Draft Inducer Motor Shaft Seal is a genuine OEM replacement part for the draft inducer assembly in Carrier, Bryant and Payne gas furnaces. It is made under Carrier's Factory Authorized Parts program. The seal sits where the inducer motor shaft passes through the motor mounting plate. It helps keep that opening sealed so the inducer works as designed.

Key Features:

• Genuine Carrier OEM replacement shaft seal for draft inducer motors
• Seals the opening where the motor shaft passes through the mounting plate
• Helps maintain proper draft inducer operation and venting performance
• Compact seal that is simple to replace when you service the inducer motor or inducer assembly

Replace the shaft seal whenever you service or replace the draft inducer motor. A worn or damaged seal can let flue gases escape around the shaft. Using a genuine Carrier part helps keep the inducer's fit and sealing performance as the manufacturer intended.
