Five Star Fabricating Carbon Fiber Laminated Flat Sheet

The Five Star Fabricating Carbon Fiber Laminated Flat Sheet is a carbon fiber composite blank. It gives fabricators a flat base material for cutting custom panels, reinforcements, brackets, and other lightweight components. Because it is sold as a plain sheet, you can cut it to your own shapes instead of buying pre-cut pieces.

Key Features:

• Carbon fiber composite construction, with a carbon fiber / E-glass cosmetic blend
• Mar-resistant surface finish
• Flat blank sheet format for custom fabrication
• Thin 0.040 in. thickness that balances rigidity and workability
• Suited to racing, circle track, and custom fabrication projects that need weight savings

Five Star is known for race car bodies, polycarbonate components, and composite body pieces. This sheet extends that range to carbon fiber fabrication stock, so builders can make their own lightweight panels and trim pieces.
