Forney Welding Type 27 Depressed Center Grinding Wheel

The Forney Type 27 depressed center grinding wheel is an aluminum oxide metal grinding wheel (also called a Type 27 grinding disc or depressed center abrasive wheel). It is made for use on ferrous materials and is built for right angle grinders. The depressed center design lets the wheel work on a surface at an angle and keeps the mounting hub recessed.

Key Features:

• Aluminum oxide abrasive: a coarse-grit A24R specification for removing material quickly on steel and other ferrous metals
• Type 27 depressed center: designed for grinding, notching and cutting applications
• Versatile uses: metal grinding, metal abrasion, body work, metal fabrication and general repair work, including smoothing welds and removing rust
• Right angle grinder compatible: intended for use on angle grinders
• Dependable service: Forney builds its abrasives to deliver fast, safe and reliable performance

Choose the wheel that matches your grinder's arbor and its maximum RPM rating. Each wheel's size, arbor and maximum speed are listed on its individual product listing.
