Gates Premium Modular Coolant Hose with Outlet

The Gates Premium Modular Coolant Hose with Outlet is an OE-style replacement coolant hose (radiator hose / heater hose assembly) for engine cooling systems. Modular hoses are assemblies with extra components built into the hose. In this line, the built-in component is an integrated outlet. Gates is a leader in the modular coolant hose segment. These hoses are made to match the original equipment hose for the application.

Key Features:

• Modular assembly design with an integrated outlet, so no separate fittings are needed
• EPDM tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and an EPDM cover
• Cover resists heat and ozone
• Materials are re-engineered to resist collapse under vacuum
• Compounds resist electrochemical degradation, a leading cause of hose failure
• Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 for hoses under 25 mm (1 in.) ID, and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 for hoses 25 mm (1 in.) ID and over
• Temperature range of -40°F to +275°F (-40°C to +135°C)

Installation Note: Gates recommends replacing the clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed. Do not use these hoses for fuel or oil transport.

Each hose helps keep the cooling system running efficiently and reliably, with the fit and function of the original part.
