Minute Man Anchors Frame Strap

The Minute Man Anchors Frame Strap (also called a frame tie strap or frame tie with buckle) is galvanized steel strapping. It connects the steel frame of a manufactured or mobile home to a ground anchor. It is part of the Minute Man Anchors line of strap and attachment hardware. The company has served the manufactured housing industry since 1965.

Key Features:

• Galvanized steel construction resists rust and corrosion in outdoor, ground-level installations.
• Buckle-style connection. The strap threads through the buckle and wraps around the home's frame beam. The other end attaches to the anchor head.
• Standards compliance. Minute Man's galvanized strapping is documented as meeting ANSI 225.1 and ASTM D3953 standards.
• Strapping specification. The manufacturer lists its galvanized steel strapping as 1-1/4 inch wide and at least 0.035 inch thick.
• Compatible with Minute Man anchoring systems. It works with the manufacturer's anchors and installation methods for manufactured homes.

Install it by threading the strap through the buckle, passing it around the frame beam, and securing it to the anchor. Pull it tight so no slack remains. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions for your anchoring setup. The line gives manufactured home owners and installers a strong, corrosion-resistant way to tie a home frame to its anchors.
