Buck Algonquin Packing Box Hose

The Buck Algonquin Packing Box Hose (also called a stuffing box hose) is a heavy-duty, multi-ply marine hose. It is the replacement outer hose for self-aligning, spud-style boat drivetrain packing boxes. It connects the packing box to the shaft log and stays flexible, so the shaft can run with some movement.

Key Features:

• 5-ply marine construction for long-lasting durability
• Heavy-duty hose built to handle the demands of marine drivetrain use
• Designed as a replacement hose for spud-type packing boxes, including Buck Algonquin packing boxes
• Sold individually, one hose per part number
• Offered in a range of inside diameters and lengths to match different packing box and shaft log setups

Replacing a worn, cracked or leaking packing box hose helps keep the shaft log connection watertight and the drivetrain reliable. Choose the variant that matches your packing box hose size.
