Ultra Shield Junior Racing Seat

The Ultra Shield Junior Racing Seat is a TC1 full containment aluminum racing seat built for young drivers and others with smaller frames. Its tight-clearance design suits chassis with limited room in the seating area. It is a junior race seat with added support around the head, shoulders and torso.

Key Features:

• Full containment design: supports the driver's head, shoulders and torso.
• Aluminum construction: made from .100" thick 5052 aluminum.
• Reinforced structure: reinforced halo and shoulders, plus a C-channel stiffener around the torso.
• Head protection: high-density, closed-cell, impact-absorbing foam in the head area and halo.
• Low-profile shoulder-to-head connectors help the seat fit in tight spaces.
• Seat cover: a full cover with a wrap-around section over the head surround, which covers the side head foam.
• Made in the USA: built in Flint, Texas.

Full containment seats are widely used in circle track and oval racing. A seat that fits well and supports the whole body can also reduce driver fatigue. The Ultra Shield junior seat brings this style of protection to smaller drivers in a tight-clearance package.
