The Arc Lighting LED Decoder Harness Kit is an all-in-one CANbus and PWM error eliminator. It is also called an anti-flicker harness or LED decoder. It is made for LED headlight and fog light bulb upgrades on vehicles that use CANbus or PWM electronics. These systems can read an LED bulb's lower power draw as a failed bulb, or switch the bulb on and off rapidly.
