Supco Capillary Tube

The Supco Capillary Tube line offers copper capillary tubing (also called a refrigerant metering tube or restrictor tube) for refrigeration and air conditioning repair. A capillary tube works as a fixed metering device. It controls refrigerant flow into the evaporator and creates the pressure drop the system needs to cool properly.

Key Features:

• Precision-sized bore that meters refrigerant flow in capillary-tube systems
• Sold as a coiled length that is easy to cut and route to suit the repair
• Suited to replacing kinked, clogged or damaged metering lines in household refrigerators, freezers and other small refrigeration equipment
• Part of the Supco line of HVAC/R service parts, which technicians and appliance repair professionals widely use

Capillary tubes come in several bore diameters and lengths. Choose the one that matches your system's original metering line. Supco's capillary tube line gives technicians a reliable, ready-to-use way to restore proper refrigerant metering and system performance.
