Lasalle Bristol Butyl Tape

Lasalle Bristol Butyl Tape is a preformed butyl sealant tape (also called butyl sealing tape or RV roof butyl tape). It is made for sealing and bonding on RV, marine and similar applications. It is designed for use with XTRM-PLY roofing systems. It fills gaps around roof penetrations, vents, windows and doors and helps keep moisture out.

Key Features:

• 100% solid, preformed synthetic polymer-based adhesive and sealant tape
• Strong adhesion to aluminum, glass, galvanized steel and many other porous and non-porous surfaces
• Adhesion improves with age and the tape stays flexible, even at low temperatures
• Resists cracking under temperature changes and road vibration
• Continuous roll for fast, gap-free application. Press it into place to form a gasket-style seal
• Made in the USA by Lasalle Bristol, a supplier to the RV and manufactured housing industries

Butyl tape is the primary seal at roof penetrations such as screws, vents and roof accessories. It is a dependable choice for RV roof sealing and general weatherproofing.
