Tow Rite Grease Seal

Tow Rite grease seals are replacement trailer hub grease seals, also called wheel bearing seals or hub seals. They sit on the inner side of the hub and keep bearing grease in and water and road contaminants out as the hub turns on the spindle. They suit boat, utility, and RV trailer applications.

Key Features:

• Double-lip design that helps retain grease and block moisture and debris
• Protects the inner wheel bearing from contamination and premature wear
• Replacement seal for common trailer hubs and brake drums
• Available in several sizes and axle capacity ratings, so you can match the seal to your hub
• Easy to install with the hub removed. Seat the seal flush in the hub bore after fitting the inner bearing

The grease seal is often damaged when the hub is taken apart, so replace it whenever you repack or replace the wheel bearings. A good seal helps the bearings last longer and keeps the trailer reliable. This is especially important on boat trailers that get submerged.
