Helix Racing Products Exhaust Wrap Kit

The Helix Racing Products Exhaust Wrap Kit is a fiberglass exhaust wrap (also called header wrap or exhaust insulating tape) that insulates exhaust pipes. It is made for motorcycles, powersports machines and performance vehicles. The wrap holds heat inside the pipes, which supports a more complete fuel burn and better performance.

Key Features:

• Fiberglass exhaust wrap that insulates exhaust pipes and keeps more heat inside them
• Includes stainless steel ties to secure the wrap at the ends
• Helps dampen exhaust sound
• Helps shield against contact with hot pipes
• Rated for a maximum operating temperature of 1200°F

For longer wrap life and better color retention, Helix recommends finishing the installed wrap with Helix Very High Temp Exhaust System Paint. Each kit includes the wrap and the ties needed to install it.
