Armstrong Flexible Shaft Coupler

The Armstrong Flexible Shaft Coupler (also sold as a flex coupler or circulator pump coupler) is a genuine Armstrong replacement part. It connects the motor shaft to the pump or bearing assembly shaft on Armstrong circulator pumps. It uses a flexible insert design with a coupler flange on each shaft and a rubber sleeve between them. This lets the coupler transmit torque smoothly and take up minor shaft misalignment.

Key Features:

• Genuine Armstrong replacement coupler for Armstrong circulator pump applications
• Flexible insert design absorbs vibration and helps reduce operating noise
• Flange-and-sleeve construction protects the motor and bearing assembly from shock loads
• Maintenance-free design that simplifies installation, with no alignment required on circulators
• Secures to the shafts with setscrews, so replacement is straightforward

If a coupler fails, inspect the pump's motor mounting and alignment when you replace it. A new Armstrong coupler helps restore quiet, efficient pump operation and protects the pump's internal components.
