Resideo Sweat Two Way Zone Valve Body

The Resideo (Honeywell Home) Sweat Two Way Zone Valve Body is a 2-way cartridge cage zone valve body for hydronic heating and cooling systems. It controls the flow of hot or chilled water in residential and small commercial zone control applications. Sweat (solder) connections make it a good fit for copper piping.

Key Features:

• Two-way, straight-through body pattern for zone control of heating and cooling systems
• Linear flow characteristic for smooth, predictable flow control
• Works with VC series actuators. Replacing the actuator head does not require draining the system.
• Cartridge design: service is done by replacing the cartridge, not the valve body, so moving parts are quick to swap
• Rugged construction with a metal valve body and a cartridge with a stainless steel spindle
• High flow capacity for low pressure drop, with close-off ratings up to 60 psi (4 bar) differential
• Handles hot or chilled water, including glycol solutions up to 60% concentration, in normal indoor environments

Resideo valves are designed to replace a wide range of Resideo and competitive controls, which helps installers carry less stock. Each model in this line is available in its own Cv flow capacity and pipe size.
