Warn ZEON XC Electric Winch No Rope

The Warn ZEON XC electric winch is a compact, low-profile recovery winch for trucks, Jeeps and SUVs. It is built on the ZEON XD platform. It suits tighter mounting spaces, including hidden bumper installations. This version is the bare-drum winch with no rope (no synthetic rope or steel cable), so you can choose your own line and fairlead.

Key Features:

• Fast line speed: A high-efficiency motor and geartrain deliver no-load line speeds of up to 40 ft/min, which Warn rates as the fastest in its class.
• Waterproof construction: O-ring rubber sealing helps the winch meet IP68 submersion and IP69K high-pressure spray ratings.
• Flexible mounting: The motor rotates up to 90° forward, and the transmission can be clocked to five different positions. The control pack can be relocated off the winch with optional relocation kits.
• Durable drum: A large-diameter aluminum-alloy drum reduces rope wear and helps dissipate brake heat.
• Low-profile control box: It uses an Albright contactor and bus bars for reliable control.
• Corrosion-resistant hardware: Black fasteners meet OEM-grade specifications.
• Remote included: The winch comes with a ruggedized corded remote.

Each ZEON XC is engineered, tested and assembled at Warn's Clackamas, Oregon facility and is backed by Warn's warranty. Rope and fairlead are sold separately. A compatible bumper or mounting plate is required to mount the winch to your vehicle.
