Product Details

The Airtex Fuel Strainer Filter is a fuel pump strainer, also called a fuel pump inlet filter or fuel sock. It fits on the inlet of an in-tank electric fuel pump. It traps dirt, rust, and debris before they can enter the pump and the fuel system.

Key Features:

  • Pre-filters fuel at the pump inlet to help protect the pump and downstream components
  • Helps keep fuel flowing and supports consistent fuel delivery
  • Designed as a replacement for the original strainer in the fuel tank
  • Made by Airtex, a long-established maker of fuel system components

Replacing a worn or clogged strainer when you service the fuel pump helps the new pump last longer and run more reliably. Choose the variant that matches your application.

Great service.

Great experience. Felt the shipping and handling charges were a bit high but satisfied overall.
