Milton Industries Safety Exhaust Coupler Body FNPT Universal

The Milton Industries Safety Exhaust Coupler is a universal safety air coupler (also called a safety exhaust quick-connect coupler) for compressed air lines. It bleeds off trapped pressure before the fitting disengages. This helps prevent dangerous blow-back and hose whip when you disconnect air tools or hoses.

Key Features:

• Safety exhaust design: Safely bleeds excess air pressure and disengages the fitting without a sudden release of trapped pressure in the air line or hose.
• Universal interchange: Works with multiple plug styles, so one coupler can serve several types of air tool fittings.
• Quick-connect operation: A high-quality air seal makes it easy to connect hose fittings quickly and safely.
• Heavy-duty steel construction: Built for durable, long-lasting use on air compressor lines and pneumatic tools.
• Female NPT body: Threads onto standard air line fittings.

The coupler stays connected to the plug while pressurized air is bled off. This makes it a practical upgrade for shops, garages, and industrial air systems. Use with a leader hose to extend service life. It is not recommended for high-vibration tools such as impact wrenches or orbital sanders.
