HPS Performance Products 3-Ply Reinforced Silicone Bypass Cap

The HPS Performance Products 3-Ply Reinforced Silicone Bypass Cap (also called a coolant bypass cap, silicone block-off cap or heater core delete cap) seals off unused ports in a cooling system. It is made from high-temperature silicone with a polyester reinforcement layer. Use it to cap off coolant, water, air and vacuum connections.

Key Features:

• 3-ply polyester reinforcement gives the cap strength and keeps its shape under pressure and heat.
• High-temperature silicone is rated from -65°F to +350°F (177°C).
• 4 mm wall thickness helps the cap hold a secure seal on the port.
• Versatile use: it works with coolant, water and air. Typical ports include turbocharger bypass valve ports, vacuum ports, throttle body water ports and heater core connections.
• Good for modifications: it suits engine swaps, cooling system changes and capping off ports you no longer use.

Important: HPS reinforced silicone caps are not compatible with fuel, oil or any petroleum-based products.
