Hercules TIS Rugged Terrain Tire

The Hercules TIS RT1 rugged terrain tire (also called an R/T or hybrid all-terrain/mud-terrain tire) was co-developed by Hercules Tires and TIS Offroad. It is built for light trucks, SUVs and crossovers, and sits between an all-terrain and a mud-terrain tire. It gives you off-road capability for trail use and keeps road manners suitable for daily driving.

Key Features:

• Hybrid rugged terrain design: balances all-terrain versatility with mud-terrain durability.
• Claw-like traction: scalloped shoulder lugs and open shoulder grooves bite into loose surfaces and expel mud.
• Quiet, comfortable ride: optimized tread and siping absorb vibration and reduce road noise on pavement.
• Stable handling: tread blocks and chamfer steps add stiffness and limit squirm.
• Dual buttress design and bolstered sidewalls: add durability and give the tire an aggressive, customizable look.
• All-season capability: an all-season compound with multiple biting edges supports wet and dry traction.
• Hercules Performance Promise: the tire is covered by the manufacturer's Performance Promise program.

This tire suits drivers who split their time between highway commuting, weekend trails and job sites. It is sold in a range of sizes and load/speed ratings. Choose the variant that matches your vehicle and load requirements.
