Petlas Explero Winter Tire

The Petlas Explero Winter W671 is a winter tire (also called a snow tire) for passenger cars, CUVs, SUVs and minivans. It is built for traction and grip on snowy, icy and slushy roads. It also gives stable handling on dry pavement.

Key Features:

• Winter compound: The tread rubber stays flexible in cold temperatures. This helps with grip and braking on snow and ice.
• Unique tread pattern: The pattern is designed to improve handling and cornering in winter conditions.
• Zigzag sipes: The many biting edges add traction on slippery surfaces. The shoulder blocks use zigzag sipes to improve cornering grip.
• Slush and water evacuation: Circumferential and angled grooves clear slush and snow from the footprint. This helps resist hydroplaning.
• Large footprint: More rubber contacts the road, which helps reduce stopping distances on wet, icy and slushy roads.
• Computer-optimized tread design: The block arrangement helps reduce road noise and vibration for a quieter, more comfortable ride.
• Asymmetrical tread with center block: The center block supports stable, balanced straight-line driving.

The Explero W671 is a good choice for drivers who want dependable cold-weather traction and a comfortable ride from Petlas.
