Continental EcoContact Q Summer Tire

The Continental EcoContact 6 Q is a summer ultra-high performance touring tire for passenger cars, SUVs and electric vehicles. It is built for drivers who want low rolling resistance, quiet comfort and secure grip in warm-weather driving. Continental designs it as a premium summer passenger tire that also suits hybrid and EV applications.

Key Features:

• Green Chili 2.0 compound: A high-tech silica compound that improves grip and lowers rolling resistance. This helps cut fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
• Asymmetric tread design: Rib and sipe geometry supports steering response and stable handling on dry and wet roads.
• Wet-weather traction: Wide circumferential grooves move water out of the footprint to help resist hydroplaning.
• Quiet ride: The tread pattern and compound reduce road and tread noise in the cabin. The Q designation refers to Continental's ContiSilent noise-damping technology.
• Efficiency and longevity: The compound is designed to reduce tire wear and improve fuel economy.
• E-mobility ready: Meets the requirements of electric, hybrid and combustion-engine vehicles.

This is a summer tire. Like all summer tires, it is not intended for snow, ice or sustained cold temperatures. Continental recommends replacing tires every 10 years.
