Vanguard Arctic Claw WXI Winter Tire

The Vanguard Arctic Claw WXI is a studdable winter tire. It is built for traction on snow, slush and ice. Depending on the size, it suits coupes, sedans, CUVs and some pickup trucks. Use it as a dedicated cold-weather tire for severe winter driving.

Key Features:

• Snow and slush traction: Wide tread grooves and a dense sipe pattern move water and slush out of the tread. The sipes bite into the road surface.
• Studdable design: The tire is pre-drilled for metal studs. Studs can be added where local regulations allow, for extra grip on severe ice, slush and snow.
• Cold-weather rubber compound: The rubber formulation stays flexible at subfreezing temperatures. This helps keep traction and performance consistent.
• Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMS) symbol: This marking indicates the tire meets the industry standard for severe winter traction.
• Quiet, comfortable ride: The optimized design lowers road noise and vibration.

Like all winter tires, the Arctic Claw WXI is designed for cold conditions. It should not be used in temperatures consistently above 45°F. The line comes in a range of sizes and load ratings, so you can choose the one that matches your vehicle's requirements.
