Maxtrek Sierra All-Season Performance Tire

The Maxtrek Sierra S6 all-season performance tire is built for year-round passenger car, SUV and crossover driving. It gives dependable traction in dry, wet and light winter conditions at an affordable price. The asymmetrical tread design supports confident handling, steady braking and a comfortable, quiet ride.

Key Features:

• Continuous center rib: Adds straight-line stability and quick steering response.
• Circumferential grooves: Wide channels move water and slush out of the contact patch to help resist hydroplaning.
• Siping: A dense network of sipes adds biting edges for better traction in wet and wintry weather.
• Large shoulder blocks: Improve grip, cornering and maneuvering.
• Dual steel belts with nylon ply layer: Add strength, impact and puncture resistance, and help the tire hold its shape.
• Low road noise: The tread pitch is randomized and computer-tuned to reduce noise and vibration.
• Black sidewall styling.

The all-season compound stays flexible across a wide range of temperatures, so the tire works well as an everyday replacement. The Sierra S6 is offered in a range of sizes, load indexes and speed ratings. Like any all-season tire, it is not a substitute for a dedicated winter tire in severe snow and ice.
