American Roadstar R/T All-Terrain Tire

The American Roadstar R/T All-Terrain Tire is a rugged terrain, all-weather tire for light trucks and SUVs. It combines an aggressive off-road tread with year-round on-road manners. It carries the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMS) symbol for severe winter service.

Key Features:

• All-weather traction: A stronger compound blend and detailed tread give grip on dry, wet and wintry roads.
• Off-road grip: Staggered blocks with many biting edges, scalloped shoulders and an aggressive sidewall design help the tire keep moving on soft, loose and uneven surfaces.
• Self-cleaning tread: Wide grooves, open shoulders and mud ejectors clear mud, snow and rocks from the footprint.
• Hydroplaning resistance: Wide circumferential grooves channel water and slush out from under the tire.
• Handling and stability: Optimized block placement and consistent surface contact improve steering response and driving stability.
• Durable construction: A reinforced carcass and an optimized footprint help the tire carry heavy loads and wear evenly. Central tie bars add to tread life.
• Quiet highway ride: The tread pitch is tuned to reduce road noise and vibration.

The R/T suits drivers who want one tire for daily driving, towing and trail use in changing weather. Variants in the line differ in tire size and in load index and speed rating.
