Petlas Velox Sport Performance Tire

The Petlas Velox Sport PT741 is a high-performance summer tire for sports cars, performance coupes and sedans. It is built for drivers who want strong handling and grip without giving up comfort at higher speeds. Petlas is a Turkish tire manufacturer founded in 1976.

Key Features:

• Asymmetrical tread pattern: gives high performance on both wet and dry roads, with effective braking.
• Three wide circumferential grooves: move water out of the footprint and help reduce the risk of hydroplaning.
• Wide center rib: keeps the contact patch consistent. This improves straight-line stability at speed, steering response and cornering.
• Reinforced, wide shoulder blocks: add grip and cornering ability and improve maneuverability.
• Fine Silica Technology: the full silica tread compound supports handling in wet and dry conditions and lowers rolling resistance.
• Variable pitch design: helps reduce road noise for a quieter ride.
• Heat-resistant compound and reinforced internal structure: support high-speed durability.

The Velox Sport PT741 is a summer performance tire. It suits drivers who want responsive handling and confident wet and dry traction in warm-weather driving.
