Hankook Winter i Pike E Studdable Winter Tire

The Hankook Winter i*Pike (RW11) is a studdable winter tire. It is designed for CUVs, SUVs and light trucks. It is built to give strong braking and traction on ice, snow and slush, and to keep drivers confident on wet and frozen roads.

Key Features:

• Studdable design: the tread can be pinned with TSMI #15 studs in up to six rows for added grip on ice and packed snow, where local laws allow studs.
• Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) certified: the tire is rated for severe snow service.
• Directional tread pattern: high-density siping improves grip in winter conditions.
• Ribbed center block: it helps pack snow into the tread to improve traction on snow-covered roads.
• Wide contact area: more rubber meets the road, which improves braking on icy and snowy surfaces.
• Wet and slush traction: circumferential grooves and cliff-style lateral grooves move water and slush out of the footprint. This helps resist hydroplaning.
• Flexible winter tread compound: the compound stays pliable in low temperatures so the tire keeps its grip.
• Light truck construction: a radial design with a black sidewall and a load range E rating.

This winter tire suits drivers who need dependable cold-weather traction from a light truck or SUV tire. Check local regulations before using studs.
