Continental EcoContact XL Summer Ultra-High Performance Tire

The Continental EcoContact 6Q is a summer ultra-high performance touring tire. It is built for drivers who want responsive handling, low rolling resistance and a quiet, comfortable ride. It suits performance sedans, coupes and crossovers, and it is designed to work on electric, hybrid and combustion-powered vehicles. This XL (extra load) summer tire is also a good choice if you are looking for a low-noise, fuel-efficient UHP tire.

Key Features:

• Green Chili 2.0 compound: a silica-rich compound that improves grip and efficiency, lowers rolling resistance and helps reduce tread wear.
• Asymmetric tread design: the rib and sipe geometry gives consistent grip and handling on dry and wet roads.
• Wet-weather performance: wide circumferential grooves move water out of the footprint to resist hydroplaning.
• Quiet ride: the tread pattern is tuned to reduce road and tread noise in the cabin.
• Fuel efficiency: lower rolling resistance helps reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
• EV-ready: the tire meets the requirements of electric vehicles as well as hybrid and combustion vehicles.
• High-speed capability: the structure is designed for high-speed stability.

As with all summer tires, the EcoContact 6Q is not intended for snow, ice or sustained freezing temperatures. It pairs everyday comfort and efficiency with the confident handling expected from a Continental premium tire.
