5 Star Bully Dog BDX Tuner with Custom Tunes for Ford EcoBoost

The 5 Star Bully Dog BDX Tuner with Custom Tunes is a handheld performance programmer (flash tuner) that comes with 5 Star Tuning's custom-calibrated engine tunes for Ford EcoBoost trucks. It is built to increase horsepower and torque and to improve shifting. You can flash the tunes yourself, so no ECU removal is needed.

Key Features:

• 5 Star custom tunes: You choose from up to five tunes. They adjust boost pressure, fuel curves, ignition timing, fan control and transmission shift behavior.
• Octane-based options: Tunes are available for different octane gasolines, so you can match the tune to the fuel you run.
• Application-based tuning: Tunes can account for modifications and for setup details such as tire size, drivetrain and axle ratio.
• Bully Dog canned tunes: Bully Dog's preloaded performance tunes are included on the BDX device.
• Stock file storage: The device saves your factory calibration, so you can return the vehicle to stock for troubleshooting or service.
• BDX interface: It has a full-color display and customizable gauges. It supports user-adjustable parameters, data logging and diagnostics.

The package pairs proven BDX hardware with 5 Star Tuning's calibrations. It gives EcoBoost owners a simple way to get stronger acceleration, better towing response and smoother shifting. The SCT/Bully Dog device software is only compatible with Microsoft Windows computers.
