BBS TS-R Flow-Formed Aluminum Alloy Wheel

The BBS TS-R flow-formed aluminum alloy wheel is part of BBS's truck and SUV wheel lineup. Its design is inspired by rally racing, and it is built for drivers who want to go beyond the pavement. It is a one-piece alloy wheel that combines BBS motorsport styling with a strong, lighter-weight build.

Key Features:

• Flow-formed construction: a one-piece, counter-pressure cast wheel with a flow-formed rim and barrel. Flow forming gives a higher-quality rim area than a typical cast wheel.
• Back-milled spokes: extra material is removed from the spoke faces, which are optimized through FEM analysis. This reduces weight while keeping stiffness and durability.
• Lower unsprung weight: this helps sharpen handling response and overall vehicle performance.
• Truck and SUV focus: the wheel is made for modern trucks and SUVs, for both highway driving and off-road use.
• BBS heritage: BBS has been making flow-formed wheels since the 1990s and brings that motorsport experience to this line.

The TS-R is a durable alloy wheel for trucks and SUVs. It adds a motorsport-inspired look and gives you strength and reduced weight for daily driving and trail use.
