Accelera X-Grip Snow Studdable Winter Tire

The Accelera X-Grip Snow is a studdable winter tire designed for passenger cars in cold-weather driving. Its directional tread pattern helps with snow, slush and icy conditions. The tire can also be fitted with studs, where permitted, for extra traction in severe winter weather.

Key Features:

• Directional tread: Sweeping grooves and cross grooves pack in snow and channel out slush and water for better winter traction.
• Studdable design: Can be pinned with studs for extra grip on slippery or icy roads.
• High sipe density: More sipes toward the shoulder add biting edges for grip on snow, ice and wet pavement.
• Continuous center rib: Helps the tire clear snow and slush from the center groove, and supports straight-line stability.
• Winter rubber compound: Designed to stay flexible in cold temperatures.

Winter tires like the X-Grip Snow are meant for cold-season use. They should not be run for long periods in temperatures consistently above 45°F. Studs are not legal in all states, and some states limit them to certain months, so check your local regulations before pinning the tires.
