Aaon Bushing Pulley Sheaves & Pulleys

Aaon bushing pulley sheaves and pulleys are OEM replacement drive components for Aaon HVAC equipment. Each one transfers motor power to the driven component through a belt. These bushing-mounted sheaves are also called bushing pulleys or bushed pulleys. They are used in belt-drive systems such as blower and fan assemblies.

Key Features:

• Genuine Aaon OEM replacement part, made for use in Aaon HVAC equipment
• Bushing-mounted design that locks onto the shaft without a keyed hub
• Grooved rim that carries the drive belt and delivers motor power to the driven shaft
• Made to the original equipment dimensions and tolerances for smooth, dependable belt-drive operation
• Available in several bore and pitch diameter combinations, so you can pick the one that matches your drive

Replacing a worn or damaged sheave with the correct Aaon part helps keep belt alignment and drive speed as designed. It also reduces belt wear and vibration. Choose the variant that matches the bore and pitch diameter of your original pulley.
