MAHLE Triarmor Connecting Rod Bearing Set

The MAHLE Triarmor connecting rod bearing set is a high-performance rod bearing (also called a con rod bearing or engine rod bearing). It sits between the crankshaft journal and the connecting rod. It is designed for performance street engines and race engines, and it combines Clevite tri-metal construction with MAHLE's proprietary Triarmor coating.

Key Features:

• Triarmor dry film coating: A thin, friction-reducing dry film is applied to the bearing surface. It adds lubricity and protection.
• Tri-metal construction: The Clevite tri-metal design is known for strength and durability. The bearings arrive already coated.
• Controlled coating process: The coating is applied with a low-temperature cure. This gives uniform thickness and strong adhesion without compromising the metallurgy of the bearing.
• Longer bearing life: The coating improves wear characteristics in demanding, high-load engine applications.

Triarmor bearings help reduce friction in engines where power loss and bearing wear are major concerns. Choose the correct part number for your engine's bearing size and application.
