SP Performance Slotted Brake Rotors with ZRC Coating

SP Performance slotted brake rotors with ZRC coating are direct-replacement performance disc brake rotors. They improve braking feel and resist corrosion. The machined slots in the rotor face help clear brake dust and vent the gases that pads release at high temperatures. This helps the pads stay in full contact with the rotor and reduces brake fade. Slotted rotors are a popular upgrade for street, spirited driving and track use.

Key Features:

• Slotted face design: Slots wipe the pad surface clean, vent expanding gases and improve pad bite.
• Better wet-weather braking: The slots help keep a film of water from building up between pad and rotor.
• ZRC anti-corrosion coating: The coating protects against rust, corrosion and oxidation. It also gives a clean, finished look behind open wheels.
• Quality construction: The rotors are made from high-grade castings, machine balanced and disc ground to meet or exceed OEM specifications.
• Direct replacement: They fit in place of your existing rotors and need no brake system modifications.
• Improved performance over stock: The rotors give stronger, more consistent stopping power than standard rotors.

Important notes: The coating will wear off the rotor surface where the brake pads make contact. This is normal. Follow the break-in (bedding) procedure in the included instruction sheet to get the best brake performance and to fully cure the coating.
