Hella Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor

The Hella Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (also called an accelerator pedal sensor, APP sensor or throttle pedal position sensor) reports the driver's throttle input to the engine control unit. It is a key part of electronic throttle control systems.

Key Features:

• Converts accelerator pedal movement into an electrical signal for the engine management system
• Supports smooth, predictable throttle response and consistent drivability
• Built to meet the quality and fit standards expected of Hella, a long-established OE supplier to automakers
• Designed for reliable operation in a range of temperatures and in vibration-prone environments
• Direct-replacement design for straightforward installation

A worn or failing accelerator pedal position sensor can cause hesitation, poor acceleration, an inconsistent idle or a check engine light. Replacing it helps restore accurate pedal feedback and normal engine response. Choose the specific part number for your application from the options listed on this page.
