Delphi Fuel Pump Strainer Filter

The Delphi fuel pump strainer filter (also called a fuel pump inlet filter, fuel pump sock or in-tank fuel strainer) is a replacement pre-filter. It fits on the inlet of an in-tank electric fuel pump. It stops debris, rust particles and sediment from reaching the pump. This helps protect the pump and the rest of the fuel system.

Key Features:

• Filters contaminants from fuel before they enter the pump
• Helps protect the fuel pump and downstream components, such as injectors, from wear
• Supports steady fuel flow and consistent fuel delivery
• Made by Delphi, a long-time original equipment supplier of fuel system components
• Fuel-resistant filter media and construction designed for in-tank use
• Sold as a replacement for the original strainer, and often replaced together with the fuel pump

Replacing a worn or clogged strainer helps restore proper fuel flow and supports dependable engine performance. Select the specific part number for your application from the options listed on this page.
