Dorman Non-Pressurized Coolant Reservoir with Cap

The Dorman non-pressurized coolant reservoir (also called a coolant overflow tank, expansion tank, or coolant recovery bottle) gives your cooling system a place to hold excess coolant as it expands when hot and to return that coolant to the system as the engine cools. The reservoir comes with a cap, so you can install it without sourcing a separate one.

Key Features:

• Non-pressurized design that stores overflow coolant and supplies it back to the radiator as the system cools
• Includes a cap for installation
• Replaces a cracked, leaking, stained, or discolored reservoir
• Built as an aftermarket replacement for the original equipment part
• Helps maintain correct coolant levels, which supports proper engine temperature control

Over time, heat cycles and age can make plastic reservoirs brittle, so they crack or leak. A new reservoir helps prevent coolant loss and overheating. Dorman is a long-established supplier of aftermarket replacement parts. Choose the variant that matches your application.
