Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Spring Coil Suspension

The Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Spring line is an air spring suspension kit (also called an air helper spring or load-leveling air spring). Each air spring mounts inside an existing coil spring, so you can add load-carrying support and keep the vehicle level. They suit cars, SUVs, light trucks, minivans and RVs that have coil spring suspensions.

Key Features:

• Adjustable support: The air springs work with the factory coil springs to create a variable spring rate. You can change spring performance as easily as inflating a tire.
• Added load capacity: Each kit adds about 500 to 1,000 lbs. of support per set when used with the vehicle's coil springs. The total load must not exceed the vehicle's GVWR.
• Durable polyurethane construction: The elastic polyurethane air springs are designed for long service life.
• Wide temperature range: They are designed to work in temperatures from -40°F to 180°F.
• Manual inflation: Separate inflation valves and air line let you adjust pressure for different loads and road conditions.
• Straightforward installation: The design generally needs no drilling. The kits come with hardware and detailed instructions.

Benefits: Coil-Rite helps level the vehicle under heavy loads. It also helps reduce bottoming out and improves handling, braking and ride stability. Firestone designs and engineers these air springs in the USA. Choose the kit made for your application and axle position.
