VDO Gauges Fuel injection throttle body assembly

This VDO fuel injection throttle body assembly is a replacement throttle body (also called a throttle valve assembly or air intake throttle body). It controls the amount of air that enters the engine's intake manifold. Correct airflow control is needed for smooth idle, responsive acceleration and efficient fuel metering.

Key Features:

• Complete assembly with housing and throttle valve, supplied as a ready-to-install replacement unit
• Meters intake air in response to throttle input so the engine management system can maintain the correct air-fuel mixture
• Made by VDO, a name with a long history in automotive electronics, sensors and engine management components
• Helps restore drivability problems linked to a worn or faulty throttle body, such as rough idle, hesitation or stalling
• Each variant in this product line is identified by its own part number

A new throttle body helps restore the engine's intake air control. Check the part number against your application before ordering.
