Zimmermann Coat Z Brake Rotor

The Zimmermann Coat Z brake rotor (also called a Coat Z brake disc) is a replacement disc brake rotor from Otto Zimmermann GmbH. It has the company's Coat Z anti-corrosion coating. Zimmermann has offered this coated version since 2008. It is meant to keep the rotor looking clean and well maintained behind the wheel.

Key Features:

• Coat Z anti-corrosion coating: The coating protects the rotor against rust and helps keep a consistent appearance. It continues to protect the outer diameter, ventilation channels and hub area after the friction surfaces have worn in.
• Ready to install: The coating does not have to be removed before mounting.
• Tested cast material: The cast material is specified from the original brake disc to give high thermal resistance and consistent braking performance.
• Precision manufacturing: Tight tolerances on functionally relevant features help minimize vibration and braking noise.
• Quality standards: Zimmermann brake discs are manufactured to ISO 9001 requirements.
• Equivalent-quality spare parts: Most standard Zimmermann rotors are equivalent-quality spare parts under EU Regulation 330/2010, which means they are on a par with the original parts first fitted.
• Minimum thickness marking: The minimum thickness is stamped on the outer diameter of every Zimmermann brake disc.

Zimmermann has more than 60 years of experience in brake disc development and manufacturing. Choose the Coat Z rotor that matches your application for dependable stopping power and a clean look through the wheels.
