Pioneer Automotive Automatic Transmission Band

Pioneer Automotive automatic transmission bands (also called auto trans bands, A/T bands or transmission brake bands) are replacement parts for rebuilding or repairing an automatic transmission. A band wraps around a clutch drum and tightens on it to hold or slow that drum. This is how the transmission applies specific gear ranges and shifts cleanly.

Key Features:

• Replacement band designed to restore original shift engagement and holding performance
• Rugged construction built to withstand the heat and friction inside an automatic transmission
• Manufactured under quality control to meet or exceed industry standards
• Offered in different band positions, such as intermediate and reverse, to suit a range of transmission designs
• Suited to transmission rebuilds, overhauls and repairs

Pioneer Automotive Industries is a well-known supplier of aftermarket transmission, driveline and engine parts. A worn or glazed band can cause slipping, delayed engagement or poor shifting. Replacing it during a rebuild helps restore dependable shifting. Select the specific part number for your transmission from the available options.
