Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports Coilover Assembly

Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports coilover assemblies (shock and coil spring assemblies, also called corner modules) are built to improve the handling and control of your UTV. They combine a Bilstein shock absorber with a coil spring in a direct-fit package, with position-sensitive damping and 4-way adjustability.

Key Features:

• ZoneControl technology: Bilstein's patented position-sensitive damping uses five independently tuned zones, three for compression and two for rebound.
• Jounce Cut-Off (JCO): An internal two-stage hydraulic bump stop gives strong bottom-out control.
• 4-way external adjustability: You can adjust high- and low-speed compression, rebound and JCO, so damping can be changed quickly to suit the terrain.
• All-aluminum construction: The design has gold finned reservoirs. The bodies are monotube and have a Type III hard anodized finish.
• Dual-rate coil springs: The assemblies include dual-rate coils and crossover nuts for ride height and spring preload adjustment.
• Serviceable design: The shocks can be serviced and are made to withstand race conditions straight out of the box.

Black Hawk Powersports coilovers give a comfortable, controlled ride with strong bottom-out resistance. They suit both aggressive trail riding and high-speed desert driving.
