EBC CK Series Clutch Plate Set

The EBC CK Series clutch friction plate set (also called a clutch plate kit or clutch friction disc kit) is a direct-fit replacement for worn friction plates in motorcycle and powersports clutches. The plates use OEM-style cork-based friction material, so they match the original plates in technology, size and shape. They drop into the stock clutch basket.

Installation Notes:

• Soak the plates in standard drive case oil for a few hours before installing to prevent heat scorching
• Replace worn clutch springs and inspect the driven (non-lined) steel plates for wear
• Do not use with fully synthetic oils
• EBC recommends fitting the plates as a complete kit rather than as individual plates
• If the clutch was slipping before replacement, EBC suggests a complete DRC or DRCF clutch kit
