Melling Stock Replacement Timing Kit

The Melling Stock Replacement Timing Kit line gives engine rebuilders and repair shops an economical way to replace the timing components in an engine. These timing sets, also called timing chain kits or engine timing sets, restore accurate cam-to-crank timing. They are built to stock specifications, so they suit routine repair and rebuild work.

Key Features:

• Stock replacement design that restores factory-style timing system operation
• Steel sprockets for durability and long service life
• Chain options that include standard and roller styles, matched to the sprockets and to the guides and tensioners each application needs
• Kit contents vary by application. They can include timing chains, guides, tensioners, dampers and sprockets
• Made in the USA by Melling, a long-established maker of engine oil pumps, camshafts, timing sets and valvetrain parts

Melling builds its chains and sprockets with quality materials and careful workmanship. Replacing a worn timing chain, sprocket or tensioner helps keep valve timing accurate, so the engine runs smoothly and reliably after a rebuild or repair.
