American Shifter Company Checkered Racing Flags Shift Knob

The American Shifter Company Checkered Racing Flags Shift Knob is a custom-designed manual transmission shift knob. It has a checkered racing flag graphic and is made to give your interior a custom, motorsport-inspired look. It works as an automatic or manual shifter knob and as a universal custom gear shift knob. Each knob is designed and customized in the USA.

Key Features:

• Elite series construction: Built from high-quality components for a solid feel on every shift.
• Aluminum threaded insert: The M16 x 1.5 insert is aluminum, so it won't rust like standard metal inserts.
• Threaded, no set screws: The insert threads onto the shift arm. This avoids the wobble and failure that set screws and plastic parts can cause.
• Jam nut included: A matching jam nut makes installation easier and helps lock the knob in place.
• Adapter compatible: The M16 x 1.5 insert can be adapted to many shift arm thread sizes with American Shifter's screw-in adapters, which are sold separately.
• Brody knob compatible: Works with American Shifter's Brody (suicide) knob adapter, which is sold separately.
• Limited lifetime warranty: Backed by the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty.

The knobs come in a range of styles and color combinations. You can match your interior paint or build a one-of-a-kind look for a street, show or hot rod build.
