Westar Lower Engine Torque Strut Mount

The Westar Lower Engine Torque Strut Mount (also called a torque strut, dog bone mount, or lower engine mount) is a replacement part for the lower engine torque strut position. It helps hold the engine and transmission assembly in place. It also controls engine rocking under acceleration and deceleration, and it absorbs vibration before it reaches the cabin.

Key Features:

• Designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications for quality, fit, and function
• Built from quality materials chosen for each specific application
• Finish helps protect the mount and extend its service life
• Manufactured in facilities that follow ISO, QS, and TS quality standards, with testing
• Helps reduce engine movement, noise, and vibration

A worn torque strut mount can cause excess vibration, clunking during shifting, and engine movement. Replacing it helps restore smooth, stable drivetrain operation. Westar offers a wide range of engine and transmission mounts, so you can choose the right lower torque strut mount for your application.
