Dayco Heater Hose Outlet EPDM Construction

Dayco EPDM heater hose outlets are OE-style replacement coolant hoses. They carry hot coolant between the engine and the heater system. They are built to replace cracked, leaking, collapsed or worn heater hoses and to restore reliable coolant flow and cabin heat.

Key Features:

• EPDM rubber construction: Synthetic EPDM compounds resist heat, ozone, weathering, oil, salt, mud and road debris.
• Reinforced for strength: Knitted or spiral reinforcement gives high burst strength. It also helps the hose resist kinking and collapsing under pressure.
• Wide temperature range: Dayco cooling system hoses are designed to handle temperatures from -40°F (-40°C) to +257°F (+125°C).
• Coolant compatible: Designed to work with common coolants and coolant additives.
• Standards compliance: Dayco molded heater hoses are engineered to meet SAE J20 Class D-1 requirements. They also meet Type EC electro-chemical requirements under SAE J1684, which help prevent inner tube deterioration from static charge build-up.
• OE-style fit: Hoses are made to replace the original part, so installation is straightforward.
