Koyo High-Performance Aluminum Core Radiator

The Koyo High-Performance Aluminum Core Radiator line is an all-aluminum performance replacement radiator, also called an aluminum racing radiator. It is built by Koyorad, a Japanese cooling specialist. These radiators suit street, track, and spirited driving, and they help engines run cooler under heavy load, in hot weather, and with forced induction.

Key Features:

• Hyper Core aluminum construction: The high-density fin and tube design increases surface area for better heat dissipation while still letting air flow through the core.
• Nocolok brazed core: The brazing creates a strong, corrosion-resistant bond.
• Precision TIG-welded tanks and seams: The welds add strength and durability under high-pressure, high-heat conditions.
• Billet aluminum filler neck: The machined neck is meant to improve strength and sealing.
• Application-specific design: Cores and tanks are engineered for each application rather than made as universal-fit parts. They are designed as direct-fit, bolt-in replacements that keep the factory mounting points.
• Accessory fitting: Many applications include a 1/8" NPT female port for a temperature sensor or similar accessory.
• Quality control: Koyorad makes these radiators in its own factories, and each unit is pressure tested during manufacturing.

Compared with a stock radiator, a Koyo aluminum radiator gives more cooling capacity and a lightweight, durable build. That makes it a good choice for upgrading a cooling system, whether you drive daily or race.
