Dayco Heavy Duty Water Pump

The Dayco Heavy Duty Water Pump line gives commercial truck and heavy-duty diesel engines a dependable engine coolant pump (also called a water pump). It circulates coolant to keep operating temperatures stable under heavy loads. Each pump is engineered to OE standards and is designed for its specific application. It is built for demanding, high-mileage service.

Key Features:

• OE-engineered design: Meets or exceeds OE specifications for fit, form and function.
• Cast iron impeller blades: Support efficient coolant flow, better performance and longer service life. They also help reduce cavitation.
• Case-hardened roller bearings: The hardened outer surface resists wear. The tougher interior allows some flex without breaking the bearing.
• Low-friction unitized seals: Help prevent coolant leakage and contamination, and extend service life.
• Forged steel one-piece pulleys: Used on applicable pumps for strength.
• 100% end-of-line leak tested: Every pump is checked before it ships.
• All-new construction: These pumps are new, not remanufactured. They are made under TS16949 quality standards.

Dayco controls quality from raw material through final assembly. The result is a direct-fit replacement that restores cooling performance and helps prevent downtime. Dayco backs its heavy-duty water pumps with a 150,000-mile warranty.
